After the equipment reaches full speed operation, the feed opens and starch suspension enters the drum through the distribution bucket, spreading across the filter medium. Under centrifugal force, the liquid phase is rapidly expelled from the drum while starch solid phase remains to form filter cake. When filter cake thickness meets standard requirements, feed closes and starch solid phase undergoes cleaning and drying. The starch filter cake is then scraped off by a rotary scraper, with finished starch material discharged through the conveying structure.
